地理位置繁华,交通很方便但是服务人员不够主动热情,什么事情都要让客人催促,没有网络不能上网,餐厅的用具也不好用,建议咱们酒店提高服务质量和加强酒店的管理啊~

服务不错，服务挺周到的。出行很方便。周边有很多商业中心，没有景点，环境一般。房间价格挺合理的，电视频道很多，效果很好。不足是，卫生条件不太好，有待提高。

房间很干净、整齐，就是没有电脑，洗衣房的服务似乎还是有待提高的。周围的交通虽然很便利，但是感觉购物环境很乱。

在北京的两周假期里，我们住在礼士宾馆。这家宾馆位于一条胡同里，别具一格。不过我们没花多少时间待在里面——所以房间大小还是合格的。房间够干净，有人每天来更换毛巾和床单。没费什么事我就得到了额外的枕头。楼下的商务中心可以上网和发邮件。 我没有去那儿的“健身中心”，故在此不做评论。沟通基本畅通，大部分要靠比划，不过把美元换成人民币没有问题。 这家宾馆最棒的地方是它离王府井、天安门，还有故宫、雍和宫、孔庙什么的都太近了。我们都是走过去的。附近的餐馆也很不错，包括一些胡同里的一些小餐馆。

Our room in the Li Shi Hotel was very, very disappointing. The beds were comfortable, and the room was a decent size, but aside from that, everything else was pretty awful. The biggest problem was that the room didn't seem to have been cleaned in about 15 years - the dirt ingrained on the carpet was disgusting, and as for the bathroom - well if you could see anything (which was difficult with one, very dim, light) then you would just be able to make out the large amounts of black mould. I really have never seen a worse bathroom in a hotel, or indeed anything close to as bad. Other problems we experienced - the toilet stopped working twice - the beds were unmade every evening for reasons I'm still not clear on - when we wanted a public taxi to the airport we were directed to a company offering expensive private cars and told that 'taxis don't run at 5.30am', which is of course, not true - the TV remote didn't work Also bear in mind that the staff do not speak English at all, which isn't a problem as such, but something to be aware of. So plus points, well there are some - the location is good, it's nearish Tian'anmen and Wangfujing, and in a hutong if you want to experience what that is like. Also just five mins walk from Dongsi metro stop. Also the beds were very comfortable as I mentioned earlier, and it was very very cheap. It seems that maybe some of the rooms have been refurbished, and we were just unlucky to get a bad one, but I couldn't really say. Overall, I would just have to say - stay away!
