天津盛鑫喜缘快捷酒店点评

I stayed here 4 nights since I wanted to try another hotel and they had a very good promotion for the weekend. I expected a lot, after all it has the name Raffles… The room I booked (Grand room) was really great! Good bed, great shower and free-standing bad with tv and an excellent view overlooking the city. Still, there were some details which could have been improved. The most annoying thing was the control panel from the light/ curtains beside the bed. Even after 4 days it was still a miracle... Service in the hotel was poor. The check inn was good and 2 managers in the restaurant were good but that was all. Most other staff acted as if they did not really care about service. Seems that service has a different meaning in this hotel. I talked to a manager while I was waiting for my taxi and he was waiting for his company-car. He asked me about my opinion since they just opened up. As soon as he got the change to interrupt me, he did and only talked about how great the hotel was. He didn’t care about my opinion. Like somebody else already mentioned: it felt like a local 5-star hotel; definitely not a international 5 star hotel. The restaurant where you can have the breakfast and dinner is dark! There are not windows and despite the fact that they tried to make it good looking, it felt like a cave to me. Buffet was ok, breakfast was good but not like in other international 5 star hotels. In my case there was a group of noisy, rude Chinese youngsters who first got as much as possible food on their table, before eating not even a quarter of all they had. Nobody from the staff did anything and let them. The gym and pool are really nice. Good facilities and a good, small, pool. Location: 3 Starbucks within 100 mtr  and lots of shops. When you leave the hotel, turn right and follow the street to the first big crossing. The mall on the left side (on the other side of the street) has an excellent supermarket in the basement. They also have a good Thai restaurant on the top floor

房间非常好，足够大，而且它楼层很高，如果站在够高的地方的话，我可以看见天津市最繁华的地方，还有它离天津的商业中心也很近。同其他酒店相比较，无论是从服务员铺床也好，然后还是那种床单和枕巾的清洁程度也好，都要比其他酒店好一些。然后服务态度特别好，因为订完房间之后，会有专人带领我们去找那个房间，即使那个房间非常好找。

raffles天津位于南京路和滨江道交口，是天津市市区的核心区，地理位置的优越性使其成为天津标志性的五星级酒店。其所在建筑天津中心也是天津已建成的最高建筑，因此目前raffles也是天津最高的酒店。天津作为五大直辖市之一，北方发展最快的经济中心，对高端五星级酒店的需求十分旺盛，而raffles正好适应了这种需求。酒店的装饰以现代手法加以中国风的元素打造，体现了天津这个城市的独特韵味。最值得肯定的是酒店的服务，这天津这个服务业相对落后的城市，raffles很好的坚持了其一如既往的管家式服务理念和特色，酒店客房标准也比较到位，房间50到60平米，bose的音响，方便的internet接入，客房自主bar一应俱全，舒适和方便相得益彰。酒店的服务配套也做到了细致入微，一层除设有大堂吧外，还设置了图书馆，里面的harry hour独具特色，其他的中餐、西餐也是一应俱全，别具特色。应该说是天津目前开业的五星级酒店的中品质感很高的一家了。当然酒店刚开业不久也有些许不足，比如在温度的控制上还不能算是完美，有待改进。还有就是酒店的价位有些偏高，客房内的食品饮料基本都是超市价格的10倍，当然超五星自然价格也是超级的了，但说实话这个价格已经超过香港同类酒店了。 不过，总体上对raffles还是满意的，希望天津的其他酒店能在跨素发展的同时也把软环境-服务保证了，毕竟住五星级酒店享受的还是服务嘛

酒店貌似新开的，房间很大，尤其是卫生间，有临窗的浴盆，可以一边洗澡一边欣赏外边的夜景。酒店的装潢散发着现代艺术气息。

非常好的服务，比如早晨吃早餐的时候，应该都是在餐厅里去吃的，当我提出要拿回房间里吃的时候按规定是不允许的，但是他也是想办法满足我的要求，并且也会很礼貌的回绝我，感觉态度蛮不错的，还有他们的餐饮也可以，像中餐、西餐，还有一些有名的各地小吃都有，像海南鸡饭、泰国咖喱饭之类的都有，种类挺多的。房间里也不错，里面也比较干净，设备也都很新，还有酒店也比较高，在房间里面看到市区全景是没问题的，感觉蛮不错的。

酒店位置极佳，从38层楼上望去，景色很美。49层的“云景”酒吧也很棒，高端俱乐部的感觉，服务很热情周到，浴室是超喜欢的，大且明亮，一定要再去的！

我订了行政客房的周末套餐。我必须相信这跟我预料的一样好,很好的淋浴间和浴缸。不过,我也不太清楚为什么电梯没有空调,尤其正值夏季。我很失望,所谓的24小时管家服务显然没有。这意味着只有内务管理带来的牛奶,自己冲咖啡,我预计今年的管家服务应该会为你提供茶/咖啡或免费饮料。但酒店告诉我们到休息室取饮料。此外,莱佛士酒店应该是一个多民族的酒店集团,而不是当地华人5星级酒店。他们提供的早餐让我很失望,他们应该符合国际标准。我感觉就像在当地的3-4星级酒店吃早餐,食物的质量也不好。我不知道晚上什么时候开始在图书馆/商务中心有鸡尾酒提供,但我在18:30进去了,馆内没有工作人员。似乎订行政间毫无意义,也许豪华客房(在另一家酒店吃早餐)就可以了。与其他拥有行政楼层的酒店相比,莱佛士俱乐部休息室很差。他们需要改进,否则很难有回头客。

Not what you would expect from such a high end brand. Beautiful rooms and very clean. Why such high security at the door. I just popped out to buy a can of coke and some snack ant a near by convenience store and was forced to go through airport style security when I returned! We did book in advance but when we arrived in the room there was only one housecoat and slippers. The 'free shoeshine' was nothing more than a shoddy wipe with some magic wipe. You know the kind that looks great while its still wet but looks like you just stepped in a puddle after it dries. Never did get that baby cot but luckily the sofa was ok for our two year old.They do have a very beautiful bar near the top floor which has great views of the city sadly you will more likely be the only person there. Finally my wife got food poisoning from the chicken they served in the restaurant and the food generally was not much better than the street vendors just with cleaner plates and a tablecloth. All and all a nice place to visit if you want to see some nicely designed rooms but you really should get more for your money in terms of service and food selection & quality.

酒店地理位置较好，交通很方便。 房间很大，标间基本都60多平米的样子。布置非常好，稍显奢华，2月份睡觉还是有点点热。 其他都很好，尤其是服务很到位。 早点也很丰盛。

地点非常方便，离商业街很近，很繁华也很舒适，自助餐种类少了些，价格比同类稍高，服务很好是一家高质量的五星级酒店。

Check-in/Check-out Arrived late at night and the Check-in staff were really good and efficient. The Check-in area has individual desks and large wing backed chairs for the visitors to sit down in comfort whilst going through the Check-in process. It was a very nice and civilised method of checking in compared to the usual bland long bench that you usually get confronted with. 3.5/5 points Room Pluses and minuses This hotel opened officially in June 2010 and still has that “new space” feel about it. I had booked a Grand room that is 60sqm and has a dedicated lounge area, separate bathroom that has a shower room, toilet and robe area with safe all as individual rooms off the main bathroom area. The king bed, flatscreen TV and desk with a hidden well for all the power cords is a nice touch. Electric sheer and block out drapes functionality adds a nice touch. The room also has a 24 hour butler service which I used on a few occasions during the trip and found to be very efficient. The main minus in this room [and others as reported to me from my travelling companions] is the two air conditioning units did not work properly and the lowest temperature I achieved overnight was 24.5 degrees Celsius. This made it very uncomfortable for sleeping. This is obviously a concern recognised by the hotel as the housekeeping staff left open a window each day as the temperature outside was cold. High marks for space, newness and attention to detail. Minuses for ineffective aircon. 4/5 points Work area/TV/Bathroom The desk is a good space with a desk light and plenty of power outlets. Apart from the desk chair there is a visitors chair on the other side of the desk which is a nice touch. The free broadband was very fast which helped a lot. The flatscreen TV is a great size and has enough channels to keep most happy. No pay per view movies available though. The bathroom area is the highlight of this room with dual basins and a seated area with large mirror. Off to one side is the wet room that contains a rainforest shower and power shower heads along with a free standing bath that has a waterproof TV at one end. Located at the other end of the bathroom is a separate toilet and also a separate robe that has plenty of hangers and storage along with a good sized safe. 4.5/5 points Buffet breakfast Breakfast was well served with plenty of variety for all types of travellers. The staff are attentive and willing to please. The food is fresh and of a high quality although the Chef had some difficulty cooking an omelette although this is only minor. 4/5 Points Room Service Room service at this hotel is exceptionally efficient and great quality. I ordered a late evening meal and then at the same time gave an order for a 5:30am breakfast. Both meals arrived exactly on time and [where appropriate] the food was nice and hot. The wait staff who delivered the meals were brilliant, attentive and proactive. 4.5/5 points Laundry I used the laundry service whilst staying here for the three days. All items were picked up, laundered and returned in the same day. The laundry rates are not as high as some hotels I’ve stayed at. All items arrived as I had requested – ie shirts on hangers. 5/5 points Restaurants No comment as this service was not used on this visit Staff The staff at the hotel are very eager to please and their level of service is very good. You could not ask for more. 4.5/5 points Overall Great hotel with some really nice quality fitout both in the rooms and in the public spaces. Apart from the air conditioning not working there were two other issues. Firstly the hotel may be regretting the choice of carpet as all guests [including me] experienced static electricity whenever we pushed the call button for the lifts. Not a great drama but disconcerting. I ended up using the corner of my room card to overcome the problem. Also I had organised a sport massage at the Spa but was told when I arrived that the staff had made an error and there was no one there to perform the massage. 4/5 Points Would I stay again? Yes, but for those who have visions of Raffles in Singapore you are in for an architectural shock as this hotel is very 21st Century. However they are attempting to achieve the same level of service.

1、位置在天津闹市区的南京路上很便利。就是门前的南京路很堵，所以来酒店的时候可以不走南京路而绕到酒店后面的西宁道，然后拐到酒店门前，就很好走了。 2、屋里的新鲜感有好几处。 （1）衣柜位置：和一般酒店不同不在卧室，而是很大的卫生间进去之后的玻璃间里，步入士衣帽间，很宽敞很方便。 （2）有两个洗脸盆，在很宽的台面两端，正中间是大面镜子的化妆台，还有坐的凳子，特别适合化妆的人 。悠闲化妆非常方便舒服。 （3）淋浴间不是憋屈的淋浴房，而是一大片开阔的空间，一面是落地玻璃窗，边洗澡边欣赏远处风景，晚上更是浪漫。 （4）有单独的沙发茶几区域，和别的酒店不同，有家的感觉。 3、不足的是屋内灯的开关太多，而且线路问题不好，有些不是不亮就是关不上灯。有点郁闷。 另外每层07的房间是拐角两面朝阳的房间，虽然玻璃大，但是日照久屋内超级热。 酒店人也说尽量选择别的房间。09就不错。不过这个酒店房间总体偏热，基本进屋就得关空调开关。

层高比较矮，给人一种很压抑的感觉，不过装修还不错，装的比较舒服很方便，布局看起来非常舒服。服务很好，服务人员办理的时候速度挺快的，服务人员也比较多，因为当时在我之前还有三个人需要办入住，而我们没有等很长时间，服务态度也是特别好。地理位置非常好，在市中心，去哪都方便，就是交通很一般，因为这块经常堵车。

房间特别大，有六十平以上，每个房间都是这样的，他是今年开的嘛，设备非常新，而且都很全，但是没有电脑。卫生也非常干净，像浴缸呀床铺呀都很好的，床单都是白色的。吃饭呀买东西呀都很方便，走五分钟就到商业中心，走十分钟就能到他们天津的名流相声，然后公交出门也很方便，在地铁沿线上，虽然离着地铁比较远。到火车站大概要二十分钟吧如果不堵车。服务挺好的，会议室员工服务都挺好的，就是餐饮不好，可能不大习惯吧，都是些西餐之类的，很容易凉掉，晚餐也都不好吃，早餐都是自助的，晚餐的那个餐厅非常好，可以看到整个天津的夜景了。

客房的装修不错，我很满意。整体的服务态度都挺好的，包括人员素质、各方面都挺不错的。地理位置挺好的，全市最好的地理位置，去哪都很方便。在这个价格方面我觉得稍微有点贵。

我在那结婚，然后赠了几间房，那里的饭比较顺口一点，我吃过晚餐，是自助的，种类挺多的，是中西结合的。位置还行，婚庆走车队可以直接上去，路况也挺好的，离大马路特别近，周边有商场，没进去过。是从三十多层的住宿，一层先进去，有几个沙发，还有咖啡厅，上去之后有个酒吧，还有个吃日餐的地方。

位置很好，在天津最繁华的金街上，交通很方便，就是有点堵车。住宿环境很干净，装修比较现代，设施也很齐全，服务也不错，就是价位稍高了些。酒店有自己的停车场，还是比较方便的。

酒店的地理位置很棒！位于天津最繁华的地段，南京路滨江道！附近可以购物，还有美食！都是女人的天堂！酒店的装潢也很棒~现代中透露着中国元素的典雅。服务也很到位~每位员工都会面带微笑对来宾打招呼。房间的小苹果很新鲜很好吃，咖啡也不错~总之，觉得这个酒店还算是个让人很称心的地方！

服务员的服务态度给我的感觉非常好，让她们办点事情很快就可以完成，另外酒店的硬件设施也不错，卫生设计的很好，酒店的大堂也很漂亮。地理位置还不错，我当时是去商务，周边打车很方便，房间的空间很宽敞，在里面感觉很舒适，所以住这家酒店还是很值的，在天津这边价格也不贵，性价比挺高的。

入住和退房 很晚才到这里,办理入住的员工非常不错,效率很高。办理入住的区域有独立的桌子和很大的靠背椅让访客能在办理入住的整个过程都舒舒服服地坐着。椅子很漂亮也文明的感觉,比一般的办理入住时候直接坐上去的硬质长条板凳感觉好多了。5分满分的话给3.5分。 房间的优缺点 这间酒店于2010年6月正式开张,还是让人很有“新地方”的感觉。我预定了一间面积60平方米配有一个精美休息区的豪华房,独立浴室里还有一间淋浴房,马桶和放浴袍的地方还有保险柜,都在远离浴室区域的地方有独立的空间。超大床,平面电视和桌子里藏有所有电器的电源,是非常不错的设计。电动遮光窗帘非常好用,又是一处加分设计。房间还有24小时男管家服务,我在旅行中有使用过几次,感觉非常高效。房间的主要不足就是(还有我的旅行同伴所说的)两台空调机不能正常运转,整晚我能调的最低温度就是24.5摄氏度。这种温度睡觉非常不舒服。很明显酒店已经很明白这点,所有客房清扫人员都会在室外温度低的时候把窗户打开。大赞这里的空间、崭新感和对细节的重视。对这里的空调比较不满意。满分5分给4分。 工作区/电视/浴室 书桌挺大的上面放着一个台灯和一些电源插头。除了办公椅之外,书桌另一侧还有一把客人用的椅子,也是非常好的设置。免费宽带很快,非常有用。平面电视大小合适,频道也多得能满足你的娱乐需求。尽管没有按次付费观看的电影。浴室区域是房间的亮点,里面有两个洗脸台和一个放着一面大镜子的座椅区。 自助式早餐 早餐提供了适合各种类型的游客的食物。员工非常细心,总希望让你开心。食物很新鲜,高质量,尽管大厨做煎蛋有些困难,这也是唯一的小缺陷。5分满分给4分。 客房服务 这间酒店的客房服务极其高效而且质量也很好。我点了深夜大餐,同时还点了另一个早晨5点半的早餐。这两份餐都准时到达了(很合适),食物很可口还热乎乎的。送上食物的服务生非常出色,很细致很积极。5分给4.5分。 洗衣服务 在住在这里的3天里我使用了洗衣服务。一天的时间包括收取衣物,干洗,返还。清洗费用也不像我住过的其他酒店那么贵。所有的衣服都按照我的要求送还——比如衬衫用衣架挂起来。给满分。 餐厅 这次来没使用过这个服务所以无法评论。 员工 酒店的员工都非常讨人喜欢,他们的服务水平非常高。你简直别无所求了。5分满分给4.5分。 总体上 一间很棒的酒店在客房和公共区域都设置了很高质量的装备。除了空调不运转之外还有另外两个问题。首先酒店应该换一种地毯,因为每次客人(包括我)按电梯的时候都会感觉到静电。不是非常严重的问题,但是也挺令人担心的。我最后就用我的房卡来按电梯了。还有我在Spa安排了一次运动按摩但是当我到达的时候员工告诉我这是一个错误,这里没有提供按摩的人。 要我再说一次吗?是的,但是对于见过新加坡来福士酒店的人会对这里的建筑风格感到很震惊,因为这间酒店非常21世纪。但是他们却努力达到了相同的服务水准。
