北京华通国际青年旅舍点评

下了火车,通过12580预定酒店房间,我联系到了北京升港快捷宾馆-军祥聚店. 经过了较为辛苦的寻找,终于在一栋家属楼顶的广告牌发现了酒店名牌,之后在拐巷的院子里面找到了宾馆.经过在前台的了解和核实,住进了前面预定了的标准间.在这期间,对于宾馆的外观方面和前台的服务态度较为满意,价格也比较适中,这点上比较称心. 进入了宾馆中,发现标准间中装饰简洁舒心,以白色为主,卫生较佳.但美中不足的是卫生间较为狭窄,对于形体较胖的主客(比如我)在使用过程中心里有点不舒服.其次,在晚上准备休息的时候,在床上的被单上发现了细微的以前住客留下痕迹,在这点上令住客心里不舒服. 总的来说,该宾馆以性价比取胜.

是一家经济商务型宾馆，价格适中，交通方便，服务热情 周到，还有免费的无线网络用和免费的早餐，还是自助的。真的很不错哦！

我是在10月底入住的升港快捷酒店，首先它的地理位置还是不错，在阜外大街36号，交通方面还算便利，就在天意市场的斜对过；房间很干净，很别致，都是木地板，就是我住的房间有些小，特别是卫生间，洗澡的空间很小，不知道别的房间如何。早餐在6楼，吃早餐的地方有点小，不过饭菜的质量还可以；对了还有一点不太好的就是，磁卡经常没有磁，门开不开还需要去前台去充磁，虽然问题不少但是总的性价比还算合算的！

隔音效果不是很好，比如门口推车的声音都有。周围环境还可以，坐公交车很方便，旁边也有吃饭的地方还有玩的，购物比较方便，有很多商场；就有几个停车位，旁边也有停车的地方。有一点好外是他这经常都有空房，服务还可以，卫生都挺好的，而且还带有无线网络，网速挺快的。

酒店距离地铁站很近，而且门口有很多路公交，出行可以选择，而且酒店就在一条大的主路边，交通特别方便。 规模虽然不大，但是房间里的空间布局合理，让人感觉很舒适。 卫生让人满意，床品都是雪白雪白的。 它的对面是一个特别大的小商品批发市场，可以购物。 周围还有很多饭店可以品味美食，不错。

Just a pre-warning: this review is based on the room we got from the airline whose first flight was delayed, so we had to stay 24 hours near Beijing airport. Thus, I don't know if the staff reacts the same to "paying" customers - since our room was paid by the airline. The hotel is on a small street, lots of noise from the aircrafts lifting up, but that's ok for an express hotel. However, the service attitude from the staff is absolutely appalling: for example, our room's toilet got stuck, and we called the reception - a person came in, said nothing, looked at the toilet and walked out. When we called again after 15 minutes, they said "ok ok" and nothing happened again. In addition, we would have wanted to call our friends and relatives back in Finland to let them know that our flight was delayed - the hotel phone just gave the busy dial tone when you tried to call out. When we contacted the reception, they just said "no phone". The Internet connection is unreliable, and the wire was broken. The room was filled with mosquitos when we checked in, the room window had been left open. We didn't get a baby bed for our 6-month old even though we asked. The staff understood very little English, and communication with them was near impossible overall. I also found it rude, that the reception hung up on me several times when I tried to communicate with them about the problems in the room. However, the reason why I won't rate the hotel 1/5 is that the rooms are in ok shape, and they seem to be recently renovated. Thus, the overall verdict based on my experience is, that if you are absolutely desperate for a hotel, you can live here for 1-2 days, but I wouldn't book this one if you are looking for an enjoyable stay.
