北京四季春旅馆点评

住这里有个附加的好处就是晚上去三里屯泡吧忒方便。酒店里面设施很好，房间不大但是很卫生，可以上网。价位很合适，下次约朋友一起来不错的。

价格合理，有问题问服务员，服务员回答详细尽，并尽可能的帮忙，房间布置合理温馨，很舒适，饭菜可口，服务人性化。

Ein Apartment mit 2 Zimmern. DVD-Player, Flachbildschirm, kostenloses Internet, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, 2 Kochplatten, Mikrowelle, Toaster... Für Leute die 2 oder 3 Monate in Peking verweilen, kann ich diese Unterbringung nur empfehlen. Allerdings würde ich mir beim Einzug mehrere Appartements zeigen lassen, da die Sauberkeit und der Renovierungszustand sehr unterschiedlich von Zimmer zu Zimmer waren.

小心这家酒店哦。最不好的就是在他们酒店的主页上提到得设施(健身房,游泳池等)都没有说明要另收高额的费用。事实上这些设施并不归酒店所有。酒店只是坐落于四季青公园里。门票是每人一次70元人民币,或者你花更多的钱办一张月票(大约100到120欧元)。在我看来,这纯粹是个骗局。 但房间非常好,酒店服务员每天会帮你清理房间,洗碗,空调也非常制冷。所以如果你要找个舒服的房间,我们推荐它。但是,如果对那些设施感兴趣的话,在以预定之前一定要先打电话酒店询问费用。酒店里地铁站很近,是北京最中心的一条路线。我们去哪里都很方便。 事实上,这家酒店试图隐瞒潜在的费用,所以一般来说我不会向朋友推荐这家酒店。

刚来的时候打酒店的电话订的，但是酒店前台的服务员告诉我说是没有房间了，于是我就打了艺龙的电话，艺龙给我推荐的也是这家酒店，我就说那里没有房间了，可是他们就说，你只管去好了，那里有房间。其实我来这里办了一张会员卡，说是有会员卡入住价位是给打折的，之前我一直是通过酒店订房间，入住价位一直都是六百多，这一次也是无意中打的艺龙电话，艺龙还不知道我是会员呢，入住价位只有三百多，之前的那几次入住，我多花了好多钱，这个让我感觉很不好，他们的服务员感觉有一种欺骗行为了。不过房间里面还是不错的，还有厨具什么的，都可以免费用，房间面积也是比较大，总的来说设施这方面还是很不错的。

We booked this hotel on line for one week at ¥480 per night. We arrived in the rain in a taxi to learn that the taxi could not drive us (and our luggage to the door). We walked in the rain with our 4 suit cases and 2 computers to the building, across the courtyard. The first serviced apartment we saw was a studio and was totally unacceptably small and uncomfortable (no place to sit other than the bed or desk). We upgraded to a one bedroom that we took for the night at ¥680 (a price that we thought was outrageous). The reception desk was unpleasant to deal with (English was not spoken much). The people showed an inflexibility that was annoying. With much effort, we determined that the price the front desk would be willing to give us for the one bedroom serviced apartment was ¥590 per night (about ¥100 less than the on line reservation system). The front desk said that they would have to have an e-mail confirmation from the on line reservation service to cancel our original reservation and to give us the new price for the 6 remaining days of our original booking. The front desk "professed" not to know anything about the on line reservation system on what appears to be their own website. We did get the ¥590 price per night. We agree that the exhorbitant additional charges for the use of the gym and the pool were not obvious on the hotel's website. That was annoying. (About 90% of the light bulbs in our apartment were not working. The sink area in the bathroom was in desperate need of renovation.) We liked these things about the hotel: the location except that it was very, very far from the nearest subway stop the storage in the small apartment was excellent the air conditioning worked it was quiet the cable internet worked On our departure, we learned that a taxi could be called (by a nice woman in the LaSalle Management office for the complex not by the terrible reception desk) and it could be allowed to drive into the parking garage where we would meet the taxi with all of our luggage on a cart. So our departure was more pleasant than our arrival.

Very mixed feelings but then this was our first time in Beijing and we are not sure if there would have been a hotel that would have offered a room this size but then I am sure there are other Hotel-Apartment in Beijing. We reserved there Deluxe Executive Suite which is an equivalent to a small 1 bdrm apartment. I will start with the positive, the room was kept clean, the decor was very modern and we like that a lot, we were on the 19th floor, the kitchen had plates, cookware, water kettle, and a washer / dryer (one of the main reasons why we booked this hotel), right outside our hotel was a cafe, convenience store, and travel agent (CSH Travel Service, see my review on Mutianyu), all these off-site amenities were convenient. Sanlitun was a 20 min walk which to meant a lot to us because we like the shops, restaurants, and bars in that area. Now with the negative, the hotel is not 5 min from the subway that is something I was relying on and was surprised that it wasnt, maybe a 5 min car ride but no way walking. The front desk staff spoke very little english and it was very frustrating to try to communicate with them. We paid a fair amount per night 680 rmb / night, which i feel is okay but we wanted a room with space, we didnt want to stay a week cramped up in a closet size space and an in room washer and dryer was the Kicker.. Tip: the building or tower was very close to Dongzhimenwai Street, all you have to do is go out the back gate.

I stayed there for almost two weeks. Agreed with one of the previous reviewers. First the bad things: taxies cannot come to the door so you have to schlep your suitcases from the front gate to the apartment and that is a bit of a hustle. Poorly constructed showers were flooding the whole bathroom during shower and even spilling over to the room. This is a service apartment embedded within regular apartment building and my apartment happened to be next to aspiring cello player.... Now the good things - location, walking distance to Sanlitun area - shopping, dining, entertainment. A mini convenience store located on premises. My room included washing machine, cook top, fridge, TV, DVD player, a safe deposit box and free internet. No foreign channels on TV though... Rooms were clean and warm. At first there was only one set of towels in the room but after requesting an extra set, this issue has been resolved. Depending on what you looking for, with the exception of this annoying overflowing shower, the rooms are OK. I would stay there again.

我们是在网上订的这家旅馆,订了一个星期,每晚480元。到的那天下雨,我们乘得计程车却发现计程车不能把我们还有我们的行李送到旅馆的门口。我们冒着雨,提着4个行李箱和两台电脑穿过庭院走到旅馆。我们第一个公寓是一间又小又不舒服的工作室,完全让人不能接受,房间里除了床和桌子连坐着的地方都没有。我们升级到了一间带卧室的房间,一晚上680元(这个价格在我们看来贵的吓人)。 前台对我们爱理不理(不太会说英语)。前台人员的僵化让人讨厌。经过努力,前台答应愿意以每晚590元(大约比网上预订系统的价格少100元)的价格让我们入住带一间单独卧室的酒店式公寓,我们也决定接受这个价格。前台人员说他们必须先从网上预订服务那里取得一封邮件进行确认以便取消我们原来的预订然后我们原本预定的剩下的六天将以新的价格支付费用。前台人员声称他们对网上预订系统。。。一无所知。 我们的确是以590元一晚上的价格入住的。在健身房和泳池所花的额外的费用在旅馆的网站上没有明显的标出,对这一点我们认可可这也正是让人烦恼的地方。 这个网址可以连接到我们公寓的客厅的一张照片:http://www.fototime.com/AD013E1B1827D0A/orig.jpg 。公寓本身还是不错的,但是维护应该做得更好些。(我们公寓90%的灯泡是不好使得。浴室里的水池急需翻新。) 我们喜欢这家旅馆的这些地方: 出了离最近的地铁站很远,很远这一点外地点还是不错的 公寓虽小但房间里的储备很完善 空调还是能用的 旅馆很安静 有线网可以用 在我们离开的时候,我们了解到我们可以叫一台计程车(很复杂的,这个消息是拉萨尔管理办公室一位好心的女士告诉我们的而不是态度恶劣的前台人员),旅馆允许它开进停车场,而我们可以用推车装载我们所有的行李在那里搭乘它。所以我们离开的时候要比来的时候快乐得多。

Watch out for this hotel. Most negative aspect is the fact that even on their own hotel website, they mention the facilities (fitness, swimming pool, etc) without mentioning the high extra cost this involves. The hotel doesn't own the facilities. They are part of the Season's Park site where the hotel is located. The entrance fee for one time is 70 RMB per person or you can also pay a much higher fee (about 100-120 EUR) per month. This seemed to me as a pure scam. The rooms however are very good, hotel staff cleans the room and washes your dishes every day and the airconditioning was excellent. So if a nice room is what you're looking for, we recommend it. But if the facilities interest you, CONTACT THE HOTEL FIRST TO KNOW THE FEES before booking this hotel. It was very well located with a subwaystation very near that is on the most central line of beijing. We could travel everywhere very easily. The fact that this hotel tried to hide the hidden costs that hard, makes us not recommend this hotel as a whole to a friend.

Très bien placé, métro très proche, pas de bruit. Chambre luxueuse, ménage quotidien et très efficace. La cuisine est bien équipée. La réception très sympa parle peu l'anglais mais trouve toujours un moyen pour résoudre les problèmes. L'internet est par câble RJ45 (fourni). Un peu lent mais je ne suis pas sur que l'hôtel soit seul responsable..... Il manquerait deux tabourets pour manger le matin sur le comptoir de la kitchenette. Des chaines étrangères seraient aussi bienvenues sur la télé. Je n'hésiterai pas à choisir cette résidence si je reviens à Pékin

感受很复杂到那时这是我们第一次来北京,我们不确定是否在这里能够找到一家供应满意的房间的酒店,但是我确定的是在北京还有其他的酒店公寓式的房间。我们预定的是豪华行政套房,与单卧室公寓空间差不多。 我从酒店的优点开始谈起,房间比较干净,装饰非常现代化,我们很喜欢这一点,我们住在19层,厨房内有盘子,炊具,水壶还有洗涤风干装置)(这也是我们预定这家酒店的原因之一),在酒店外面就有一家咖啡馆,便利店和旅行代理处(上海航空旅行服务处,可以看一下我发表的关于慕田峪的点评),所有的外部设施都很便利。步行到三里屯只要20分钟,这对我们来说很重要因为我们喜欢光顾这个地方的商店,餐厅和酒吧。 现在说缺点,我本来确信的从酒店步行到地铁只要5分钟的信条是错误的,可能过去乘出租车要5分钟而不是步行。 前台员工只会讲一点儿英语,与他们交流让人感觉很挫败。 住宿价格是每晚680元人民币,我感觉还可以但是我们想要的是有宽敞空间的房间,我们不想这一周都住在只有橱柜那么大的空间的拥挤的房间内,时不时的会碰倒屋内的洗涤器会是风干器。 注意: 大厦距离东直门外大街非常近,所需要做的就是从酒店后门出去。
