上海庭冠宾馆

我的一个朋友住在上海美丽华公寓附近，他帮我预订了这家宾馆。三居室的房子，价格比较合适。尽管有时存在语言困难，但这里的员工会尽量满足我们的需要。房间很现代，整洁干净。附近有很多饭馆，步行去很近。我们不满意的地方是宾馆离商业中心、购物中心和娱乐中心有点远（但是有很多出租车），另外床铺太结实了，几乎是硬的。后来我们要在上海多住几天，由于我们很满意这家宾馆，就打算继续住那儿，可惜房间全部被预定了。如果下次我再去上海，要找一家远离闹市的宾馆的话，我会考虑这家的。

We had a great time at the Miramar Apartment in Shanghai. At only RMB950 per night for a 3-bedroom suite, we thought it was really value for money. The apartment had a living room, dining room, kitchen and even a maid's room and toilet. There was one bedroom with a double bed for two, and two single bedrooms. Each room had its own air conditioner, aside from the two in the living and dining. There were two toilets with bath tubs. Showering was never a problem with the strong pressure and hot water. We even had luxurious bathrobes, and an iron was even available. Beds were comfortable, not too hard and not too soft, and we always had a good night's sleep. Our apartment had a balcony, and it was situated in a quiet part of Shanghai. Although a bit far from the places of interest, Line 10 of the Metro was a few minutes' walk and cabs are readily available. Language can be a problem as the receptionists do not speak very good English. It was a good thing we had some knowledge of Mandarin, so we didn't have such a hard time. But they were always very nice, and tried their best to accommodate our requests. The kitchenette was not fully-equipped, although there was a microwave and a family-sized refrigerator. Although there were not enough pots and pans and utensils available, all we had to do was ask and they brought them up to us. The only complaint I had was that the address was a bit confusing. Our cab driver went the whole stretch of Hongqiao Road looking for the apartment and couldn't find the number indicated. It turns out that it's inside the compound called Shang Mira, located on the corner of Hongqiao and Suicheng Roads. There was free wired internet, but I wish they would install WiFi so that the connection could be shared. Overall, I would readily recommend this to my friends and would stay there again if I go back.

跟我家人一起,四个人在这里的三卧室公寓里住了两周的时间。公寓很宽敞,有三个卧室,两个浴室,厨房设施很齐全,对于两个活泼的男孩来说有非常充足的活动空间,可以跑来跑去。然而,这栋建筑和这个单元都很旧了,家具等都有些年代了,而且保养得不怎么好。而且厨具真是非常有限。服务还不错,前台员工英文说得很好,非常乐于帮忙,彬彬有礼。 关于这个公寓,最棒的部分是这里巨大而宽敞的室外泳池和相连的儿童泳池,在湿热的伤害夏季来说很棒。配备有空调的健身中心非常有用,但是有些器械非常老了,吱嘎作响。迷你吧位于一个非常棒的区域,家乐福超市就在马路对面,步行距离内就可以到达很多餐厅。

在上海的美丽华酒店式公寓,我们度过了一段美好的时光。一个三人间套房每晚只要960元,我们觉得是非常值的。公寓有一间客厅、餐厅、厨房,甚至还有工人间和厕所,有一间带有双人床的卧室,还有2个单人间卧室。每间房有独立的空调,除了客厅和餐厅。公寓有两个带有浴缸的厕所。淋浴方面没有任何问题,水压强劲,热水充足。我们甚至还有豪华的浴袍和一个可以用的熨斗。 床很舒适,软硬适中,我们一直能睡个好觉。公寓有一个阳台,位于上海某处安静的地方。虽然距离名胜古迹有点远,但距离地铁10号线仅几分钟的步行路程,出租车也一应俱全。 由于前台的英文不够好,语言成了一个问题。所幸我们对普通话有一定的了解,因此并没有特别的辛苦。但他们真的很不错,尽最大的努力来满足我们的要求。 厨房的装备不是很完善,虽然有一个微波炉和一个家用大小的冰箱。尽管没有足够的锅碗瓢盆和餐具,我们所需要做的仅仅是提出这方面的要求,他们就会满足我们的需求。 我唯一的不满是这个地方的地址有点让人困惑。我们的出租车跑遍了虹桥路的所有延伸区域也没有找到标注的号码。结果它位于坐落在虹桥路和水城路的角落里的一个叫做美丽华的混合建筑物的里面。 公寓有免费的无线网络,但我希望他们可以安装WIFI以便于可以共享网络。总体上讲,我已经准备好将这里推荐给我的朋友,并且如果我再次来上海,我将再一次回到这里。

We stayed in a 3-bedroom unit in Sept. for 2010 EXPO. The agent clearly told us that it had 1 king (1.65 M) and 2 single beds, could only fit in upto 4 ppl, which was exactly what we had. The unit we stayed was facing the pool with unobstructed view and very quiet. The apartment is in the Miramar community consisting of 3 tall apartment buildings and a few single houses on the other side of the garden. It's conveniently located on the west side of Shanghai, only a few miles from Hongciao Airport. Though not in central Shanghai, for around CNY30 taxi fare, it takes you to most sightseeing spots in Shanghai Puxi. Sub Line 8 ShuiCheng station is around the corner (7 stops directly to the famous XinTianDi), Starbucks at the community gate, Carrefour/ McDonalds/ Pizza Hut/ Food court across street, and lots of eateries nearby. The apartment is spacious and clean with daily housekeeping, free wired/wireless in-room internet, flat TV with cables/interactive TV programs, daily english newspapers, outdoor pool, nice gym facilities. It's a service apartment managed by a Hong Kong publicly-listed company, so safety and services are better than individual landlords. Overall, the apartment made us feel like locals with our own apartment in Shanghai, if you speak Mandarin.
