张家界美天客栈

在和一住了一晚上，房间没有给人干净舒适的感觉，浴室更不用说了，电视机是坏的，打N次电话叫服务员来看看，答应的挺好，就是没人来，服务差，，唯一的好处就是离森林公园近，

(sept 2010) I got off the bus in Zhangziazie Village and walked around looking at several hotels. This one..seemed to be the nicest for the buck so to speak. I think it was 280 yuan which may seem like a lot but this is the village. Nice TV, hi speed internet connection, air cond and shower. Not bad to walk into the park gate from here (maybe 5-10 minutes. The bus to and from the other side of the park goes right by this hotel. NO SOAP and only 2 little hand towels in the hotels in this area. The desk said it was a regulation. I suspect so you will have to buy stuff in one of the many little stores along the road.

我不知道这样一家地狱般的酒店为何还会有好评,简直就是垃圾——非常脏乱,还有股臭味。门外的走廊到处都是臭虫,如果你害怕这类小虫子,那绝对是死定了。床也很恶心,脏兮兮的。 前台的女孩儿感觉就像是高中生,非常粗鲁。服务员早上六点就来敲门了,把我们都吵醒了,不过也有可能是导游来回叫醒她的游客。 宾馆没有无线网络,只有有线端口,不过我们在房间里面上不了网。前台说有的房间可以连上,有的不行。 淋浴门关不上,所以水溅得到处都是。宾馆提供两条很小的毛巾,不过没有香皂。热水只有晚上部分时间会供应。一卷厕纸被截成了两半,真是想得出来。 结束了张家界一天的登山行程,如果回到一个干净、舒适的房间,可以洗澡、放松,那就太棒了,但这里显然不会满足你。 我和几个朋友一起旅行,我们决定去隔壁的酒店入住,感觉要好很多,虽然也要贵一点。 宾馆所在的街上有很多酒店可供选择,这儿实在是太垃圾了,千万别来!

张家界森林公园和一酒店 酒店设施还是蛮好的 就是位置不怎么理想 晚上想看晚会逛街的友友们建议不要入住 其他都蛮好的 ！酒店服务也好！

I don't know what the hell the other reviewers (both English and Chinese) are smoking. This place was a DUMP!!! It was gross, grimy, dirty, and smelly. The outdoor hallways were full of huge bugs. Not cool if you're arachnophobic. The beds felt nasty and dirty. The high school looking front desk girls were rude. The fuwuyuan (cleaning ladies) come around at like 6am knocking on everyone's door to wake guests up. Or actually, maybe that was some tour guide running around the halls waking up her tourists. There's no wifi, but supposedly a cable hookup for internet. We couldn't get internet access in our rooms though. Supposedly, the front desk girls said that some rooms work and other don't. The shower door couldn't close so water would spew everywhere. Two tiny towels were provided and no soap! Hot water was only available at certain times during the night. A roll of toilet paper was cut in half and provided as the toilet paper. I mean come on, half a toilet paper roll!!! After hiking all day in Zhangjiajie National Park, it's nice to come back to a clean and somewhat comfortable room so you can shower and relax. This place was not ideal for that. I traveled with a group of friends and we decided to go next door (Pipaxi Hotel) where it was WAAAY better but just a little bit more money. There's so many other hotels on this street to choose from. This place sucks! Avoid it like the black plague!
